Outsourcing Sales Agent gets 10% discount on the Sales Revenue of the Client Contract Value. OSA can have other outsourcing sales agent and/or sales agent under them to get referral commissions. With each client of the referred agent, the OSA will earn 5% commission.

Can I work as an IBA Sales Agent in any country?

Yes, IBA operates internationally and allows its Sales Agents to work from any location. As a Sales Agent, you can connect with clients in your local area or reach out to clients worldwide who are interested in migration and settlement services.

Is there a quota or minimum number of clients I need to work with as a Sales Agent?

IBA does not impose a strict quota or minimum number of clients that Sales Agents must work with. However, your income as a Sales Agent is commission-based, which means that the more clients you successfully assist, the higher your earnings will be. IBA encourages Sales Agents to actively seek new clients and grow their business while maintaining a high level of service quality.

Is there a limit to the number of clients I can work with as an IBA Sales Agent?

There is no limit to the number of clients you can work with as an IBA Sales Agent. However, it’s essential to manage your workload effectively to provide high-quality service to all your clients and maintain a positive reputation in the industry.

Who will take care of the Documentation and Lodgement of the Clients?

The service provider will be directly taking care of all the documentation and lodgement needs of the Sales Agent’s signed clients and will allocate a dedicated point of contact (= the Case Officer) for the Client.

It is important to note that the agent should refrain from discussing any details related to their client’s application once an application has been accepted by the legal team of the service provider. The only point of contact from this point onwards will be the appointed Case Officer, who is assisting the legal team.

How will the Sales Agent’s Client pay for the migration services?

All client payments for the services offered by and through the IBA Sales Agent must only be paid directly to the authorized account(s) nominated by IBA via the Agents, personalized payment gateway powered by BMS Global Australia.

In exceptional circumstances, payment can be done via bank transfer as well.
Cash payment from clients for the Services offered by the Sales Agent is an unacceptable mode of payment and will result in the cancellation of the Sales Agents Subscription.

Do I have to set up a separate office for this business?

No, this is not compulsory.

Can an agent charge extra fees above the service providers’ charges?

No, the payment must be paid directly through the pre-defined payment gateway. The agent will receive the commission regarding the package the client chooses.
In case required, the pricing could be tailored to cater to different target markets better. And separate packages could be created for certain markets. This is however subject to the approval of the service provider.

How can I check if my clients are eligible to apply for migration?

All IBA Sales Agents will receive a training once onboarded where this process will be explained by the relevant service provider.

What are IBA terms and conditions for becoming an agent?

Why should I pay a subscription if I refer clients?

IBA charges an annual subscription fee to cover the cost of setting up the micro website and personalised payment gateway and provide the Sales Agent with all the necessary training and continuous support. The subscription fee covers the cost for these services.

Can I have (full) access to my client’s documentation process?

No. The documentation process is confidential and strictly handled by the legal team of the service provider. The IBA Sales Agent should make it clear to their client that the appointed Case Officer is the only point of contact for the Client once their application has been accepted.

What are the rules regarding marketing materials?

The IBA Sales Agent will be provided with the templates to use for his marketing campaigns. The agent can design his marketing materials, but these have to be approved by IBA if any of the company logos of the service providers are used in the materials.
If no logo or reference to IBA or any of its service providers is used in the marketing materials, the IBA Sales Agent is free to post on the platform he desires. The material should be relevant and should not be misleading.

How will the training of an IBA Sales Agent be conducted?

IBA has developed an online training portal. In addition to this, (video) meetings with the agent will be conducted to answer any additional questions that the agents may have.
Also, a WhatsApp group will be created for the agent with all different department representatives that will be available to guide the agent and answer all his queries.

In short, the Sales Agent will get all the needed support from IBA to succeed!
